Annie’s journey to real estate started after an adventurous 24 years as a Coast Guard spouse, during which she moved 19 times across the U.S. and Italy. These relocations taught her resilience, adaptability, and the importance of home—qualities that now serve her clients well. While managing the home front during her husband’s assignments in places like Africa and Saudi Arabia, Annie pursued her passions, studying photography in Italy and interior architecture at Cornish College of the Arts.

After settling in Florida, Annie saw real estate as a perfect way to blend her creativity, community service, and drive to help others succeed. Her designations as a Luxury Certified Agent, Certified New Home Specialist, and Real Estate Staging Advocate allow her to offer a holistic, client-focused approach. Annie’s grit and determination trace back to her teenage years in suburban Chicago when a skiing accident left her with seven fractured vertebrae. The recovery tested her physical and mental resolve, shaping her belief in living with purpose and achieving greatness. That mindset has carried her through raising three incredible sons, whom she considers her greatest accomplishment.

Today, Annie calls Tampa Bay home, where she and Kevin enjoy exploring Florida in their Airstream with their pets. She loves beach days, kayaking, trying out new restaurants, and taking daily walks. A dedicated community supporter, Annie gives back through organizations like The Volunteer Way, Metropolitan Ministries, The Lucas Foundation, the Ali Spears Foundation, and the Starkey RedHawks PTA.
