About Jennifer Sibaja

Born in Puerto Rico and raised between Arizona and Florida, Jennifer has spent most of her life in the Sunshine State. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, she is able to confidently serve a diverse range of clients and ensure clear, seamless communication throughout every transaction. She began her career in property management for new construction communities, building a strong foundation in contracts, timelines, and exceptional client care.

She later spent six successful years as a New Home Sales Consultant with a Tampa Bay builder, representing communities in Odessa, Lithia, Brandon, and Riverview. During that time, she helped hundreds of families build and purchase their homes, including a standout year with nearly $38 million in sales volume.

With deep expertise in new construction and a strong understanding of the resale market, Jennifer confidently serves both buyers and sellers throughout Tampa Bay. She is known for her clear communication, professionalism, and relationship-driven approach. Her goal is simple: to make every client feel informed, supported, and fully confident in their decisions.

Outside of real estate, Jennifer enjoys life with her husband and their young son. As a family, they love cooking, hosting, and creating a home filled with warmth and connection.
