Originally from Virginia, Mark and Toral made the bold move to Florida in 2006 to spearhead a new franchise development in Broward County. Their entrepreneurial spirit led them to Tampa in 2017, where Toral pursued commercial real estate and construction opportunities. In 2023, Mark decided to follow suit and transitioned into residential real estate alongside his wife.
