Before real estate, Patrick worked hands-on in chiropractic, physical therapy, and rehab environments, later becoming a certified trainer and national speaker for a global wellness brand. That experience taught him what most salespeople never learn: how to actually serve people.

Now a licensed manufactured home broker and full-service real estate agent, Patrick has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers succeed, from first-time buyers to investors and retirees. He works seamlessly with lenders, inspectors, banks, and community managers to ensure no detail falls through the cracks. Born and raised in Tampa Bay, Patrick has called the surrounding area home for over 50 years. He currently focuses on residential, commercial, and multifamily real estate across Odessa and beyond—always guided by professionalism, integrity, and a fierce loyalty to his clients.

He lives in Odessa with his wife Nyoka, a salon owner and industry expert with 30+ years behind the chair. When he’s not negotiating deals, you’ll likely find Patrick tearing up a local mountain bike trail, paddle in hand on the water, or exploring new parks with their two dogs. He’s got a thing for fresh air, good coffee, and road trips that don’t involve GPS.
