As a Romanian immigrant, Roxanne is deeply inspired by her parents’ journey toward homeownership in the Untied States.  Fluent in Romanian, she appreciates the challenges they encountered, particularly the repercussion of a subpar loan that significantly impacted their financial stability.  This personal experience has shaped her perspective, reinforcing her belief that real estate transcends mere transactions; it serves as a vital pathway to generational wealth and sustainability.

With a successful career in new construction that began in San Diego, California, in 2001 she brought her expertise to Florida, and in 2010, made Tampa her home.  Since then, she has been a dedicated member of the community, where she homeschooled her children and even taught 2^nd - 8^th graders Beginning Spanish for 3 years, at a local home school academy. Afterwards, she went on to work for 2 national builders as a Top Agent. Throughout her journey, Roxanne has focused on transforming the dreams of homeownership into reality for countless clients.
