DRB Homes has unveiled three new floor plans for Longleaf:
• Cocoplum: Offering 4 to 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 1 half bath, and a 2-car garage, spanning 2,802 sq ft. 
• Aster: Featuring 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 half bath, and a 2-car garage, ranging from 2,935 to 2,960 sq ft.
• Bromeliad: Comprising 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 3 full baths, and a 2-car garage, with sizes between 3,026 and 3,069 sq ft.
Pricing details are anticipated in late February or early March.
Homes by WestBay is set to introduce the following model homes:
• Caladesi: A single-story home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a 3-car tandem garage, totaling 2,859 sq ft.
• Sanibel: Offering 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, a bonus room, den, pocket office, and a 3-car tandem garage, encompassing 3,484 sq ft.
• Captiva: Featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, a bonus room, den, and a 3-car tandem garage, at 3,572 sq ft.
Currently, pricing and site plans for Homes by WestBay are yet to be released.
We are awaiting information from Lennar Homes regarding their offerings in this final phase of Longleaf. 
Infrastructure progress is evident with the installation of the perimeter wall and the commencement of road paving in the main section of this final phase. More updates are expected as we move into February and March.
